One of RoC‘s latest ranges, Hydra+ Anti-Fatigue, claims to ease the signs of skin fatigue, including dullness, tightness and uneven skin tones. Three items are currently available (Hydra+ Anti-Fatigue Moisturising Cream Light, Moisturising Cream Rich and Eye Cream), and today I am highlighting Moisturising Cream Light.
The product has a smooth lightweight creamy consistency. It is absorbed relatively easily and the skin feels adequately hydrated. Parfum is towards the very end of the ingredient list and the product barely smells of any fragrance. This will appeal to those who dislike heavily fragranced skincare products.
Some of the moisturizing ingredients that this product contains are cetearyl ethylhexanoate, lactose, cetearyl isononanoate, cetyl palmitate, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate, shea butter, melibiose, and propylene glycol.
The product also contains tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) and ginkgo biloba leaf extract, which are anti-oxidants.
The product is alcohol-free.
What I like the most about it is that, as far as I know, it does not contain any obvious skin irritant. (It does not contain fragrant plant oils that sound fancy and exotic but can actually cause skin irritation.) Overall this is a very well-formulated moisturizer that should be suitable for those with normal, slightly oily, or slightly dry skin.
(The product does not contain sunscreen ingredients. It should be used as a night-time moisturizer or underneath a well-formulated sunscreen product for daytime.)
